MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER :
Habit coaching online and in person

Have you ever wondered why its so hard to stick with your diet or exercise plan?
Even with the best intentions, a bespoke meal / exercise plan and the latest flashy AP – you still find it hard to make those changes permanently?
Well stop beating yourself up – its not you, its YOUR HABITS.  And if you want to change your life, start by changing your habits.
With a back ground in organisational psychology and a career with large corporate business, I have always been drawn to understanding CHANGE.

Having spent several years involved in large change management projects , I decided to use my experience and knowledge to help individuals on a personal level. And in my quest to unlocking the secret to creating lasting change, I become driven to learning everything I can about the power of habit. So today I am a practising habitarian.  It’s the only thing that works when it comes to changing your behaviours.  And it gets better because,  once you have created a new good habit, you never need to think about it again.  Like breathing!

Want to know how? I can help. I have spent the last 10+ years researching, coaching and speaking on this topic.  Not only in the areas of health and fitness, but any aspect of your life that is driven by habits. I feel so strongly about this that I have dedicated my podcast to exploring the power of habit “4yourlife”.
I have been asked to run online webinars on HABITS.  Most recently I was asked to run a 3 part habit coaching seminar for Australia’s largest obesity and weight management clinic. I absolutely loved it and enjoyed helping the participants to create their very own habit building plan using my unique approach. So if you are intrigued to find out more about the power of habit, please get in touch. Changing habits is difficult but it’s possible if you know how. And I would love to help.

Few people live their values as genuinely as Cherine. I’ve known her for over 12 years, and from the start, her passion for healthy habits and purposeful living has been clear-not just in words, but in action.

She deeply believes in the power of daily movement, especially for children. It’s not just a philosophy-it’s part of her family’s everyday rhythm. Every Saturday, without fail, she’d drop her kids at Kids in Motion and head off for a run herself—leading by example, week after week.

Joining her on Episode 7 of 4YourLife, where we spoke about building confidence in kids, was a real highlight. Cherine creates conversations that are thoughtful, warm, and grounded in real life. What sets her apart is how authentic and practical her work is. She doesn’t just inspire change-she helps people live it.

I have known Cherine for more than 10 years so when she asked me to do a podcast with her about HABITs I didn’t hesitate. As a Clinical & Forensic Psychologist, I know all about the power of habit and if you want to make changes in your life, this is absolutely where you should start.
Have a listen to our Episode Ep 5: Mind Your Habits, Cherine shares some great insights in this episode which I was able to expand on given my clinical experience. I also know that creating good habits is not just something that Cherine talks about, she lives it every day!
